Kendra,

I praise God that you are good to go for about 80 more years! I delight in the fact that what Satan meant for bad Jesus meant for good and to expand your Testimony. It really does put into focus what really is of consequence and what isn’t. I found out yesterday at UT Southwestern that my blood pressure creeping up over the past 5-6 years thickened my heart muscle. The reason I’ve felt so bad is my heart has only been pumping at 60% capacity. I was “borderline” to not exist much longer, but now I can begin to get better. And when I do, y’all are gonna get fat & sassy. Can’t wait to do more cooking for you guy’s I love you so much.

Well! I have to agree that our Lord and Savior has an ultimate plan for all of us. Maybe your faith has been strengthened for a reason. I still think your strength is in your words. You have a true gift Kendra. I think your words will lead you to a very rewarding career and life path.. Go gettem girl! You can Cowgirl up!! Wish i could be there with all of u! You have made a real difference in my life and my thoughts in a very short time.. Thank you for being my friend.. I will hopefully see you soon in one of your clinics! Talladega’s new family!! Hey Girly!!!! id heard this last monday and was totally in depression. i wanted to attack you with a big hug but being so close yet so far away i just began praying for God to bless you! I sent text to my closest friends asking them for prayers also. GOD NEVER FAILS. He knows something huge is going to happen next weekend and i cant wait to witness and be a part of it also!

To all the instructors praise God for the gifts you are giving, and for giving your time to serve others! I pray you all have a great time and even though I won’t be there physically, I will be there in spirit. Cheering everyone on. Go after the dreams before you students and instructors. Give them to the lord, Stand back and watch in amazement how he will take you even farther than your wildest dreams! I love it. Yes, being able just to be home and be with your family, friends, and animals. Is such a blessing. I think somethimes when you just sit still long enough and listen to the cool breeze or the washer or dryer it kind of sings a song to you and it’s so peaceful. Life is great and God is Amazing. I’m estatic about the season of faith that God has me in. He is an amazing God and you never know what he has in store for you. But it’s his unfailing love and the open vessels (His people) being humble and obedient that makes it just absolutley amazing! God is certainlly making all things work together for our good. Praise be to him and all the Glory!Be Blessed and talk with you soon.

Funny how sometimes you see things just when you need to! I had gotten behind in reading your blog and thought I would catch up while I ate lunch today. If I had read this a week ago, I don’t think I would have appreciated it as much as I do today!
After haltering Lila Saturday so that we could replace the bandage on her leg and Maddie could walk her, I was pushing the gate open to allow her enough room to pass through when it broke. As the gate collapsed to the ground, so did I. Lila looked down at me with such a curious look as if to say, “What are you doing down there? You don’t belong on the ground!”
After reading this post, I wonder if God is trying to teach me a lesson about gates!
